Are you producers?
No, we are not. We are explorers, just like you. Seekers of magical things that we wish to add to our collection... and at your disposal. Although they are not physically created by us, we surely put our mark on them and transfer a part of our soul over any item through attention and care. We search for its origins, it's stories and it's most hidden meanings and help it's magic step into the light to fulfill its purpose: to bring happiness and joy in your life.
Do you have a physical shop?
Yes, we do have one, in the center of Bucharest. You can find our address, business hours and a phone number over at https://www.gothicfairy.ro/info/magazin-bucuresti.
The location of our physical store is different from the location of our warehouse. Some products that appear in stock on our website will be available in the store, and others in the warehouse. If you wish to see a specific product, please call at 0745.77.00.84, to make sure it is still in our shop. In the physical shop you can also come across exclusive products, that are not on our website.
Where do you get your products from?
Most of our products are from the UK, but we also import from Germany, Poland and the USA.
Do you practice wholesale?
Yes, we do. If you want to resell our items in your own store, please send us an email at email@example.com and tell us a few things about your shop. We will return with a list of prices and wholesale conditions.
Why are the products so expensive?
The prices reflect the extraordinary quality of our items, artist licences, the countless hours and the energy poured in design, creation and production. Our items have been created either in Europe or the USA, and you will find them on eBay or Amazon at similar prices. How are the products packed?
The polyresin decorations come encapsulated in polystyrene, inside a simple or beautifully decorated cardboard box, depending on the products, if not otherwise specified in the description. All jewellery comes in an organza pouch, if not otherwise specified in the description.
What is resin?
The resin used for our products is a Polyresin, an oil based material, with a filler made from powdered stone (Dolomite). All items benefit from a superior finish with extreme attention to detail and manual painting.
How to choose a ring size?
If you've got a ring, you can measure its inside diameter and then choose a size from the list on our website, found on every ring page, among the photos. For example, if the ring has an interior diameter of 20 mm, then it will match the 60 European size, the 10 American size, or the British T.
If you don't have a ring, you can measure your finger circumference using a paper band of 0.5 mm and calculate the size according to our table. For example, if your finger's circumference is 62 mm, it will match a 62 European size, a 10 American size, or a British T.
How do I look for a particular item?
To look for a product please use the existing search box at the top of the website. Enter the desired information and if it matches any product it will show a list of compatible results. Alternatively you can call 0745.770.090.
I have a company. Can I buy?
Yes. Gothic Fairy honours orders for companies as well. To receieve a fiscal bill with information of your company, please provide the necessary data that will be required of you during registration or the ordering process.
What if I want the items delivered at another address than the one in my account?
It's simple, when you place an order you will have the option to enter the corresponding delivery address.
I'm looking for something that's not on your website.
If you're interested in a specific item, please contact us on email/phone or through the
contact form on our website and provide a picture or a small description of the item, and we will look for it.
Do you have everything in stock?
Most of our products are in stock, but not all. On each item page, under the "add to basket" button, you can find the availability of each item.
Can I place an order and specify a delivery date?
Yes, you may place an order now and request that it be delivered a month from now, for example. When you place an order simply specify your date in the comment field and we will do the rest

No worries. You can use the password recovery option in the access account page.
What if I want to change my information?
Simply use the update account button.
Do I need an account in order to purchase?
No you don't need to create an account although we recommend it for saving up time. You can also benefit from loyalty points when using an account. If you are logged in your account when placing an order, 5% of each products value will be gathered into your account and you can use it to pay for next orders.
Can I change an order I've already placed?
Yes you can modify an already placed order. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 021.555.90.95 // 0745.77.00.90 Please specify your name or the order ID, which you can find in order history.
Can I view my previous orders?
Yes, simply click your order history button.
